Berrymist is a black she-cat with a small patch of white on her chest and her left flank. She has Golden yellow eyes that, even as a kit, stare at you with a very strict expression. Her left paw is missing it claws for an unknown reason.

She has a kind side but only when no one is in her den. Most of the time she is very strick, if she says that a cat needs to rest, she makes sure that he or she rests, even if she has to sit with them till they are asleep or better. She enjoys walking around the territory more then hunting for herbs, but she does the hurb hunting on her spare time and turns to look in every nook and cranny in the territory, so if anything is hidden she is sure to find it.

As a kit she had gotten greencough 4 times so she ahd spent most of her time in the Medicine Cat Den. On her third visit she had been asked to help by the medicine cat cause there was 5 cats in his den at the moment. After helppign him she was constantly back in the Medicine cat den trying to help, even when the Medicine cat wasn't around. So after she became a apprentice she was offered the position and gladly took it. After about a moon she knew almost everything she needed to about being a medicine cat, everything never left her head, it sat in her head never wanting to leave, she could answer any question before you could say 'mouse'.

Berrykit walked into the medicine cats den, he was out so she decided that if she could help now would be the best time. If something happened she could run and tell the medicine cat and be allowed in here as much as she wanted to. Approching one of the other cats it looked like it was having a hard time breathing, she put her head to his and jumpped back quick, he was burning up! Running out of the den she ran to the stream that lined the camp and quickly grabbed some moss. Dipping it she ran back to the den to find the cat, charging at the entrance of the den the medicine cat stepped in her way.
"Where are you going so fast" the medicine cat asked.
Setting the moss down she quickly answered.
" I gotta get back in side, that cat is burning up, he needs water!" She said quickly.
"I don't think you should go in there, go back to the nursery" he said gently " I'll give him the moss"
Slowly turning back she started back to the nursery only to stop and shoot past the medicine cat and into the den. In front of her was the cat......but he was dead.
"How....."she started to say.
" It was brave what you tried to do, but we were jsut alittle to late" the medicine cat said, nudging the kit back toward the entrance. "Back to the nursery with you, we don't need you getting sick again"
Berrykit let the medicine cat lead her out of his den, he stopped and turned to face her.
" Please stay out of my den, the sickness is getting worse and we can't have you getting sick" he told her
"Then why don't you let me help, the more cats you have helpping the better, right? If i had come to help sooner that cat might nto be dead!"
"It was his time" the Medicine cat told her " Starclan had already called for him"
" I DON'T CARE" she yelled " Starclan can't control everything! The stories tell about how the cats got to the lake, did starclan control that! It could have helpped..."
The medicine cat shook his head then sighed, there was no getting to this kit.
"Alright.......tommorow if the sickness has died down alittle then i'll let you help, but im asking your mother first"
Berrykit shot up, her tail held high. SHe was goign to get to help the medicine cat, she might even save a cats life, the thought made her tingle.
" See you tommorow" she said, bounding off.

BLARG, i had a medicine cat once, a few cats here were on the same website as me when i was.lets see, Falcon, Vapour i think........hmmm
